The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) is one of the most respected and widely used instruments in the world (2 million per year). The MBTI® promotes individual self-awareness and increases effectiveness. It is also a great tool to improve communication and helps leaders to lead more effectively, give more meaningful feedback, inspire and influence.

Her MBTI®Services include customized sessions for individuals and she is dedicated to making sure that each person gains a deep understanding of personality preferences as well. The goal of each interaction is to increase self awareness, maximize performance as well as to appreciate the preferences of others.

A highly qualified consultant, she will send the report and debrief for an individual session. Length of the sessions may vary depending on client needs.
